Sorry I didn't post the last two days, even though I said I would post everyday.
BUT like I said my mother and grandmother came back from holidays, so I sort have been having to do family activities. The worst thing about it was always the family lunch and family dinner :O. However I think I managed pretty well.
On Thursday I went a 100 calories over my limit but I did excercise which reduces my calories intake to 200 :D So I was super happy.
Saturday was even more challenging :S… I met a friend in town and slept over at hers and meh well I tried to eat as little as possible but it was so difficult because every time I didn't want to eat anything she made a comment like 'you becoming one of those anorexic girls?' Well so I binged :(… So yesterday and today went TERRIBLE, but I will keep it up next week seeing that I will have school again it will be easier again. happy happy happy :D
Anyhow this weekend was good, other then the binging, I went to the movies and enjoyed with my best friend which I wasn't able to have for a long time, because school has been consuming our lifes. :( and it will start again next week. And no romance in my life. I wish there were a boy :(

I'm naked, I'm numb, I'm stupid, I'm staying
Hey there,
Yay I got my first two followers so Happy you guys decided to follow me… :D :D :D Thank you
Well today was the first day of my 30 Day challenge and like I said I would update you guys every day so here is what I ate today:
But today wasn't such a great day; I have a feeling that I am getting sick :/… but I mean its great if I get sick I am definantly not gonna be eating that much :)… so it will affect my 30 Day challenge positively. Also we had to pick up my grandma and mom from the airport and their flight was delayed so we had to wait at the airport for over an hour AHHH I hate waiting…Yes I am a bit impatient.
Well I have to go…Family time.
But I will update you lovely skinnies tomorrow on how my second day went.

- 2 slices of whole wheat bread with cheese= 188 cal
- (2 Bananas = 200) not counting fruits into intake

And my running feet could fly Each breath screaming "We are all too young to die"
So today has been a very uneventful day, I have just been staying at home and doing a bit of excersice but not too much sadly. :( Need to do more today.
But I have been thinking and have decided to come up with a Diet Plan for my next 30 Days (keeping my calorie intake as low as possible), however sometimes I may trade it with a day of fasting, I will buy myself some delicious smoothies and just drink those for a day inbetween. So I will sometimes change my 30 Day Plan.
Here is my first Draft of my 30 Day CHALLENGE:
Day 1: 400 cal Day 2: 300 cal Day 3: 400 cal Day 4: 500 cal Day 5: 450 cal
Day 6: 650 cal Day 7: 650 cal Day 8: Fast Day 9: 300 cal Day 10: 400 cal
Day 11: 500 cal Day 12: 450 cal Day 13: 650 cal Day 14: 700 cal Day 15: 400 cal
Day 16: 300 cal Day 17: Fast Day 18: 450 cal Day 19: 500 cal Day 20: 650 cal
Day 21: 700 cal Day 22: 400 cal Day 23: Fast Day 24: 450 cal Day 25: 500 cal
Day 26: 450 cal Day 27: 650 cal Day 28: 700 cal Day 29: 400 cal Day 30: Fast
I hope I can stick with this, currently my calorie intake varies between 600 and 400 calories counting fruits and veggies, so I think I will be able to manage :) Do you think it will be possible? Would you make it?
I would love it some of you would like to do it with me! Leave a comment if you are up to it :) I'd love to see your progress :)
I will keep you updated everyday how my day went or if I failed and binged (which hopefully will not happen)

New Beginning
Hey there lovelies,
Well I am new to this, but I am determined to go through with this.
My name is Paule and I am 5''6 and currently weight 125 lbs. For me that seems like an aweful a lot for my height, this is why I want to start this diet. My goal weighed is 110 lbs by the end of May. I have to make that goal. It is my ultimatum. I hope that I will get some followers soon. I would be supper excited and it would boost my motivation and help me so much to stick to my plan. I know that there are other people out there who have the same goals as me and I am there to support you as well and help you reach your goals.
I have been starting to follow some blogs as well and some I found really interesting were yours:
