So today has been a very uneventful day, I have just been staying at home and doing a bit of excersice but not too much sadly. :( Need to do more today.
But I have been thinking and have decided to come up with a Diet Plan for my next 30 Days (keeping my calorie intake as low as possible), however sometimes I may trade it with a day of fasting, I will buy myself some delicious smoothies and just drink those for a day inbetween. So I will sometimes change my 30 Day Plan.
Here is my first Draft of my 30 Day CHALLENGE:
Day 1: 400 cal Day 2: 300 cal Day 3: 400 cal Day 4: 500 cal Day 5: 450 cal
Day 6: 650 cal Day 7: 650 cal Day 8: Fast Day 9: 300 cal Day 10: 400 cal
Day 11: 500 cal Day 12: 450 cal Day 13: 650 cal Day 14: 700 cal Day 15: 400 cal
Day 16: 300 cal Day 17: Fast Day 18: 450 cal Day 19: 500 cal Day 20: 650 cal
Day 21: 700 cal Day 22: 400 cal Day 23: Fast Day 24: 450 cal Day 25: 500 cal
Day 26: 450 cal Day 27: 650 cal Day 28: 700 cal Day 29: 400 cal Day 30: Fast
I hope I can stick with this, currently my calorie intake varies between 600 and 400 calories counting fruits and veggies, so I think I will be able to manage :) Do you think it will be possible? Would you make it?

I will keep you updated everyday how my day went or if I failed and binged (which hopefully will not happen)
